My current focus is on writing academic papers for submission to veterinary journals to finalise my PhD. Within the next few weeks all papers should have been accepted for publishing. We will post these papers on the web site plus links to the relevant journals and email you, when this happens.

Wild Equid Conference and Seminars

The Brumby Research team's current focus is on the Wild Equid Conference that we are convening in the central Australian desert in June.

The conference is a low key academic affair but promises to be a great experience to get into the heart of the desert Brumby habitat, with a team of people who know them best. We are going to show people an unbelieveable time.

At the time of writing this newsletter there are only 10 spots left so contact us soon if you want to attend.

I am giving a one day seminar in my home town of Rockhampton on the 24th April before heading overseas to give seminars in Scotland, England, Norway, Denmark and Sweden in May.

I will be in the USA in August and there is plenty of time for more seminars. If anyone would like to host a seminar in the USA or Canada in August please contact me now to arrange it.

  Photographic Contributions

Our Team, Marg Richardson, Magdalena, Chris Pollitt, Leigh and myself wouldn't go bush without a good SLR camera and a set of good lens, consequently we have thousands of great photos of our experiences and members are happy to share the best of these with our readers.

Magdalena's has complied a photographic journey of our recent trip to central Queensland (to check on the desert swap mares and their foals) and to central Australia (back to the desert).HTML

  Marketing
We have plenty of good freeze dried brumby feet for sale and the popular Desert Brumby DVD.
